Family updates and welcome 2009!

Hey all. I have been very bad at posting blogs over the holidays and I am sorry for that. Things have been very busy and hectic around here lately. Little updates: Jonathan has been on Christmas break and we are loving having him home. He is helping me out so much with the kids and the house and still manages to do some reading for school. He even finished a play he has been working on writing for years! Ethan is so sweet and polite! He is learning how to say please and thank you and to pick up his toys when he is done playing with him. He is also repeating everything we say and talking like crazy. We can understand almost everything he says now. Still no interest in the potty but we're slowly working on it. He loves trains, cars, planes, animals, chocolate milk, snow, and Curious George (especially the movie!) Camille is getting so big now. She is very social and loves to laugh and smile. She is even starting kiss back. When I kiss her cheek she turns towards me, opens her mouth and kisses me back. So cute! She is starting to roll over and do "crunches," we think she'll be sitting up really soon. She isn't sleeping through the night yet but just in the last week she has dropped one nighttime feeding so hopefully it will only get better from there. Finally I have been busy trying to refocus my thoughts for a new year. A lot of changes have happened for us in the past 7 months and I still feel totally scatterbrained and disorganized. It is going to take a lot for me to feel "normal" again, and I know that now "normal" will be different than what is used to be. I love being with my kids and Jonathan and I am looking forward to this year with a lot of excitement. Camille will be changing a lot, sitting, eating, crawling, walking and talking. Ethan will also be changing so much and by the end of the year will be a 3 year old, who can talk in sentences. It is amazing how fast kids grow. I cannot wait to see what 2009 holds for us!
