Christmas Preperations

Ever wonder what age kids start getting obsessed with Christmas? I am thinking it is 3! I have never seen a kid more obsessed with Christmas than little Ethan! I got him this green Santa hat, which he wears all the time. It's so funny. The day we put up our tree he was sitting in the chair, totally naked except for the Santa hat and some stockings on his feet and legs! We do have pictures, I will have to have Jonathan post them. Also, the day we got our tree Ethan could not sleep a wink at nap time because he was too excited about decorating. I checked out the Curious George Christmas movie for him and he insists on watching it every day... I have been singing those darn songs in my head while I sleep! I don't think he quite understands how far away Christmas is, poor kid... but doesn't Christmas last pretty much the whole month of December? In fact, when I was a kid I always thought Christmas day was the saddest day of December because it was the end... Now that I am all grown up, I enjoy it all, but with much less excitement than little Ethan has. Oh, to be a child at Christmas again, I will have to live through his enthusiasm. I will post lots of pictures as soon as I receive my USB cable in the mail, which I hope is soon since my camera is full and Ethan's birthday is Wednesday! I need to be able to take pictures! Oh, by the way Ethan is potty trained now! Woot! Thus ends my Christmas rambling.
