Fruit smoothies

Jonathan (my hubby) has been really into making smoothies for breakfast lately. They are awesome and totally healthy (no ice cream added) and best of all the kids love them and are getting servings of fruit and tons of vitamins, minerals and fiber. (YAY!) Here is a recipe...

Jonathan's Fruit Smoothie: (measurements are a guess and he may comment with changes, hehe)

Ingredients:
2 cups of frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, mixed berries... whatever)
1 cup of orange juice
1/2 cup of 1% milk
2-3 big scoops of organic strawberry yogurt
1-2 tablespoons of wheat germ
1 fresh or frozen banana

Combine all ingredients in a blender and click that little blend button until everything looks good enough to drink...
