So no one gave me any advice =( Don't be shy! I really want to hear from you, I would love to! Anyway, we decided to go for the apartment. It has so many good things about it and since we would only be subletting for 3 months we figure if we hate it we can find something better later on. We talked to the guy living there now and he seemed pretty happy there, he is only leaving to go home for the summer while school is out. He sent us several pictures of every room in the house and it looks very nice. I am excited and hope it all works out. Please keep us in your prayers regarding our move, the apartment and our finacial situation! Thanks all!

It looks beautiful! I would have gone for it too! Does it come furnished or are you bringing your own furniture? My only bit of advice would be watch out for those unsupervised kids! I wish someone would have warned us that there were unsupervised kids next door to us before we moved in! They are harmless, but mischievous and loud.
Regan-Thank you for your advice! Yeah, this apartment is one of 12 buildings and supposedly the reviews I read were for the back few buildings (the low income apartments) and the one we are trying to get is one of the front buildings, so hopefully it won't have as many problems. The apartment doesn't come with the furnishings, which is good cuz I am not that fond of the furnishings in there now but I think it is a beautiful apartment. I especially love the bay window in the living room and the master bedroom and bathroom. =)
that view is breathtaking. i sure hope everything goes smoothly for you. i'm sure once you get there you'll feel better about the whole thing. i'm always nervous about new things before they happen but once i get there i feel better :). ps-I've never been to that part of the country but it sure looks pretty :).
