What do you think?

We found this apartment on Craigslist today. It's 2 large bedrooms, 2 fulls baths and 994 square feet. It has a washer and dryer hookup, which is a plus because we can get ahold of a stackable washer and dryer. The only thing is that I read some bad reviews about the people who live in the apartments. It said things like the college students party all night, kids wander around unsupervised and vandalize the property and that the management is rarely available. If we take the apartment below we would be subletting until August so if it was really awful we could just move in 3 months. I need opinions. Please comment or email me (if you have my email) and tell me what you think. Should we get it?
